Day 2 - Auguest 7, 2011

Hell it's hard to get back into doing FB when your eating like crap the entire weekend, but lesson learned today with my session, wasn't as good as last week but I know were to improve now. Looks like whirls are a bit shaky, so I'll have to work on that a lot more in the coming weeks, but was able to get whirl again which is a good sign and butterflys back also which means in a couple of weeks should be able to do rip walks again, I've also noticed that my mirage needs working also, man lots of stuff to work on for basic concepts again but oh well right.

here is the list
toe stalls x10
inside stalls x8
op dex stalls x6
whirl x1
butterfly x3
mirage x4
legover x7

Day 1 - July 30 2011

So I started playing footbag again so I figured I start a blog with to keep track of how I'm coming along. With work, family and kids it hard to find a lot of time to play footbag especially since I'm in Charleston South Carolina there isn't really a big interest in playing the sport here but I hope to change that I'm going to hopefully get good enough in the area to attract some attention. Any way getting back to the basics here is a list of the moves and times done before dropping "hopefully" these numbers will look better at I progress :)

Toe Stall Switching feet between each x10
Side Stall Same x8
Cross Body Stalls Same x4
Butterfly x2
Same Side Cross Body Left x5 / Right x6

Pretty good session went about 45 seconds none stop shred

Oh, one more thing, I was thinking about a move I want to work on, Fairy, Op Butterfly, other Op Butterfly no stall in between. Feels like it would almost be Fairy Op Drifter but not, sounds possible if you keep the bag as close to your body as possible thru out the move. Let me know if this has been attempted before :)

Peace Out,
Carlos
